§ 95.21  FEES FOR SERVICE AND RETURN.
   The Chief of Police or a patrolman of the village or the Village Administrator shall make service of the notice provided for in § 95.20 and make return thereof in the manner hereinbefore provided and shall be allowed the same fees as are allowed for the service of summons in civil cases.
