§ 50.07  PAYMENT DATE FOR UTILITY CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.
   (A)   All village utility customer bills forwarded to a customer shall have as the due date the 20th of each  month.
   (B)   Any customer payment not received by the Utility Clerk by the 20th of the month on which it is due shall be considered a late payment.
