§ 36.04  MAYOR’S WRITTEN APPROVAL FOR CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.
   No village official or employee who is authorized to make any expenditure or purchase on behalf of the village shall make any expenditure of village funds exceeding $5,000 without the Mayor’s written signed voucher.  The voucher shall be filed with the Village Fiscal Officer prior to the expenditure or purchase.
