ORDINANCE NO. 17-2012
   PASSED August 28, 2012
   AN ORDINANCE TO ENACT AND ADOPT A SUPPLEMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORDINANCES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
   WHEREAS, an updated supplement to the Municipal Code of Ordinances has been prepared.
   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, STATE OF OHIO:
   SECTION 1. That the supplement to the itemized sections of Municipal Code of Ordinances prepared by the American Legal Publishing Corporation which is to be added to and amends the Municipal Code of Ordinances, and as attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance, is adopted.
   SECTION 2. That it is hereby determined that this Ordinance is an emergency resolution necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the residents of this Village, for the additional reason that there is an immediate need to provide updated and current ordinances for the efficient operation of the Village to benefit its citizens and shall therefore go into immediate effect provided it receives a two-thirds (2/3) vote of all members elected to Council; otherwise, it shall go into effect in thirty (30) days if passed by a majority vote of Council.
