§ 33.05  MAYOR’S COURT IMPROVEMENTS FUND. 
   (A)   The Council hereby authorized the establishment of a Mayor’s Court Improvements Fund for designated monies collected by the Mayor’s Court and payable to the village.  The Village Fiscal Officer is directed to submit the establishment of this Fund for approval to the State Auditor pursuant to R.C. 5705.12.
   (B)   The monies collected by the Mayor’s Court and paid to the village from a $10 fee assessed by the Court to provide for the capital needs, including maintenance of capital improvements, of the Court shall be paid into the Mayor’s Court Improvements Fund and that the monies deposited shall be used to provide for the capital needs, including maintenance of capital improvements and education of personnel of the Court.
   (C)   All revenues received pursuant to this division shall be deposited, maintained and disbursed in the manner provided by this division.
   (D)   Any investment of monies deposited into the Mayor’s Court Improvements Fund shall be made in accordance with the Village Investment Policy.
