§ 33.04  CLERK OF THE MAYOR’S COURT.
   The Mayor shall appoint a Clerk with the consent of Council who shall work under the direct supervision of the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.  The duties of the Clerk shall be to attend the hearing of the Mayor’s Court, to administer and schedule the Court docket, to collect fines and Court costs, to submit records, reports and payments as required by law, and to communicate and correspond with persons appearing in the Mayor’s Court.
