§ 72.125  USE OF CERTAIN BRAKES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall drive or operate, or cause to be driven or operated, any vehicle which is equipped with a braking system, including, but not limited to, a certain braking system referred to as “Jake brakes”, in such a manner that the use of said brakes creates a public nuisance, including the creation of excessive noise.
