§ 54.07  NONRESIDENTIAL TAP FEES.
   (A)   From and after January 1, 1991, all tap fees for installations other than residential ¾-inch service taps shall be as follows:
      (1)   $550 for a service tap up to four inches in diameter; and
      (2)   $750 for a service tap of six inches in diameter.
   (B)   In addition to the aforesaid fees, the customer may be assessed any additional costs resulting from extraordinary circumstances, which shall include, but not be limited to, earth boring, connections in excess of 50 feet, road resurfacing and excavation, etc.
