The tap fee for new residential installations shall be $500 each. Direct reading pit meters shall be installed at a cost of $250. In addition to the aforesaid fees, the customer may be assessed any additional costs resulting from extraordinary circumstances, which shall include, but not be limited to, earth boring, connections in excess of 50 feet, road resurfacing and excavation, etc.
