Applications for sewer service shall be filed with the Village Fiscal Officer upon a form to be supplied by the municipality. The application shall state the name of the applicant and the premises to be served. All applications filed after the commencement of the operation of the system shall be accompanied by a fee of $50, payable to the Village Fiscal Officer, as a connection charge, plus an inspection fee as provided in § 53.23(B).
