All sewer charges levied pursuant to this chapter constitute a lien upon the premises charged therewith and if the same are not paid within 60 days after their due date, they shall be certified to the Huron or Richland County Auditor, based upon the location of the property, who shall place the same on the tax duplicate for collection, together with all penalties allowed by law, as other municipal taxes.
