§ 53.44  DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE; DEPOSIT TO MAINTAIN CREDIT.
   Where the water and/or sewer service supplied to a customer has been discontinued for nonpayment of a bill, the municipality reserves the right to request that a nominal sum be placed on deposit with the municipality for the purpose of establishing or maintaining a customer's credit.
