A. It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully injure or destroy any of the sidewalks constructed or which are hereafter constructed in front of any premises in the City or to place obstructions thereon or to tear up or remove any portion of the same without first having obtained permission of the Mayor and City Council.
B. Any person violating these provisions shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 6, 1-9-11; 1993 Code)
