4-2-14: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 293, 8-9-90; 1993 Code)
