4-2-10: DISPOSITION OF VEHICLES:
Upon removing a vehicle under the provisions of this Chapter, the City shall cause the vehicle to be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of chapter 18, title 49 of the Idaho Code entitled "Abandoned Motor Vehicles". (Ord. 293, 8-9-90)
