4-1-3: PARKING:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to park or leave unattended any vehicle at any time in or upon any alley of the city or at any street, road, lane or alley where official signs indicate parking to be prohibited.
   B.   The stopping, standing, or parking of any motor vehicle, as defined by chapter 1, title 49, Idaho Code, on either side of U.S. Highway 95 within the city of Plummer, between milepost 395.350 and 396.020, is prohibited.
   C.   Along State Highway 5 within the city limits of the city of Plummer from milepost 0.610 to the intersection of U.S. Highway 95, no parking shall be permitted except parking parallel to the highway and in the direction of travel. Any designated parking area shall so specify and be marked accordingly. Double parking or parking more than one vehicle deep, even though parallel to the highway, shall not be permitted.
   D.   It shall be unlawful to park on that portion of 11th Street lying east of the Lakeside High School, between E Street and D Street between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and three o'clock (3:00) P.M., Monday through Friday when school is in session.
   E.   Parking on the north and south sides of E Street and adjacent to the Lakeside High School lying between 11th Street and 12th Street shall not exceed two (2) hours between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M., Monday through Friday when school is in session.
   F.   It shall be unlawful to park on that portion of E Street lying between 13th Street and 15th Street between the hours of seven thirty o'clock (7:30) A.M. and eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M.; and two thirty o'clock (2:30) P.M. to three thirty o'clock (3:30) P.M., Monday through Friday, when school is in session. However, official school transportation vehicles and inhabitants of private residences in this area are exempted from this restriction.
   G.   Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 417, 2-23-2012)
