Pursuant to Idaho Code section 49-209, the provisions of title 49 of the Idaho Code, being the Idaho motor vehicle code, as presently enacted and as hereafter amended relating to regulations and control of traffic and related matters, are hereby declared to be in full force and effect throughout the city and are incorporated into and made a part of this chapter with the same effect as though set forth in full herein. Three (3) copies of said Idaho motor vehicle code shall be available for public use and examination in the office of the city clerk. (Ord. 258, 12-4-1980; amd. 1993 Code)
