2-5-13: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
Violations of any provision of this chapter shall be unlawful and shall be an infraction punishable by a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each calendar day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 356, 8-21-2003)
