A license issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked or issuance may be refused for any of the following causes:
A. Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for license;
B. Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in the course of carrying on the business of being a peddler, solicitor, or canvasser; (Ord. 322, 9-14-1995)
C. Any violation of this chapter, any violation of the city ordinances, or carrying on business in violation of any city, state or federal law; (Ord. 356, 8-21-2003)
D. Conviction of any felony or other crime involving moral turpitude, or conducting the business of peddling, soliciting or canvassing in an unlawful manner or in such manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or so as to constitute a menace to the health, safety or welfare of the public.
