A. Filing Of Application: Persons seeking a license under this chapter shall file a written application for such license with the city clerk on the form provided by the city. (Ord. 322, 9-14-1995)
B. Term Of License: Licenses provided for in this chapter shall be issued for a period of ninety (90) days, and may be renewed upon application made prior to the expiration of the license. (Ord. 356, 8-21-2003)
C. Fees: Applicants for licenses shall pay fees for the original or renewal license in an amount which is established by the city council from time to time by resolution.
D. Issuance: Licenses may be issued by the city clerk with the approval of the mayor; or may be denied by the city clerk for cause, notice of which shall be given in writing, which notice shall state therein the reasons for the denial. (Ord. 322, 9-14-1995)
