A. It is unlawful for any person to act as a peddler, solicitor, canvasser or telephone solicitor within the city without first having obtained a license issued pursuant to this chapter. Every person going door to door must have his or her own license.
B. No person, group or agency shall organize, conduct, operate or present to the public an open air market without having first obtained a license to operate such market. (Ord. 369, 5-19-2005)
