2-5-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide the citizens and inhabitants of the city with the information relating to persons who peddle, solicit, or canvass within the city and to protect citizens from deceptive or dishonest practices. (Ord. 322, 9-14-1995)
