Prior to any revocation or suspension of a license or upon the denial of a license, the licensee shall be afforded a hearing according to Idaho Code section 23-1016. If the decision is to revoke or suspend a license or to deny an application, the licensee or applicant shall have the right to appeal in accordance with Idaho Code section 23-1016. (1993 Code)
