2-2-6: ACCESS TO PREMISES:

All peace officers appointed by the State or the City or the County shall have free access at all times to the licensed premises, and any information touching the manner and method of the operation of said premises or the sale of liquor may be submitted to the Mayor and City Council as a result of the investigation made of said licensee. (1993 Code)
