1-7-1: CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS; PRECINCT:

   A.   Conduct Of Elections: All Municipal general or special elections shall be conducted in accordance with and in conformity with the Election Code for the State 1 .

   B.   Precinct: All of the area comprising the City limits shall be considered one precinct for the above election purposes. (1993 Code)
