6-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
 
CITY:
The City of Plummer, in the County of Benewah, State of Idaho.
GENDER:
Where the masculine gender is used in this chapter, it shall include the feminine.
METER:
A watt hour meter or similar meter installed for the purpose of measuring electrical usage.
PROPERTY OWNER IN GOOD STANDING:
The owner of the real property to which electrical power is provided or requested to be provided, who has paid all of his personal city utility billings (including electrical, water, sewer and garbage collection charges and fees) in a timely manner for the preceding twelve (12) months and who has not, within the past five (5) years, caused the city to suffer a loss as a result of the discharge of any city bill in bankruptcy proceedings.
RENTAL UNIT:
A house or land which is occupied by one who does not own both the house and the land and shall include, within its definition, all mobile homes which are not affixed to a permanent foundation, without regard to ownership or title to the land or mobile home.
