6-1-4: SEWER USE RATES 1 :
The sewer use rates shall be reviewed annually by the city council and changed from time to time by council resolution.
The sewer use rate classifications shall be residential and commercial with the commercial rates being based on average water usage. (Ord. 342, 5-10-2001)
