A. The rates charged for electric energy hereafter supplied by the city to its customers shall be reviewed annually by the city council and changed from time to time by council resolution. The rate classifications shall be as follows:
1. Residential rates.
2. Commercial and industrial rates.
3. Contract rates, which are negotiated and agreed upon by contract between the two (2) parties.
4. Demand rate (not all commercial has a demand).
B. Service rates and rate classifications shall be included in a "rate book" which shall be and remain on file in the office of the city clerk, which book shall be available for public inspection. (1993 Code)
