5-7-5: EXEMPTIONS:
The following shall be exempt from obtaining a parade permit:
   A.   Funeral processions.
   B.   City sponsored parades.
   C.   Military parades of an immediate celebratory nature.
   D.   Unanticipated events as approved by the city council on a case by case basis. (Ord. 389, 5-8-2008)
