§ 91.01 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND OTHERS.
   (A)   An owner of real property within the city shall not allow, permit or cause any nuisance conditions to exist in or upon such property; or upon such property’s adjacent boulevard, sidewalk or curb; or to the centerline of such property’s adjacent alley or alley right-of-way. It is the duty of real property owners within the city to prevent or eliminate all nuisance conditions on their real property and adjacent areas described above.
   (B)   When premises are leased, rented or otherwise occupied by persons or entities other than the owner, it is the duty of any such renter, lessee or occupant, along with the owner, to prevent or eliminate nuisance conditions on the rented, leased or occupied premises and the adjacent areas described above.
