(A) Building debris. The city shall not be responsible for collecting or picking up as garbage any or all of the following: building debris, building materials or residue, lumber, wood, concrete, bricks, wiring, pipes, ductwork, steel or other matter generated by building construction, demolition, renovation or remodeling.
(B) Large appliances. The city shall not be responsible for collecting or picking up as garbage large electrical appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, water heaters, ovens, stoves and the like.
