(A) Water or sewer services shall not be provided to two or more buildings or separate premises, regardless of the ownership of the buildings or premises, from the same metered connection or service line without the permission of the city.
(B) Upon the discovery of such unpermitted use of water or sewer, the city may discontinue water service and/or sewer service to the meter or connections involved until separate, satisfactory connections or service lines are made and separate accounts are established.
