A late payment fee shall be imposed on an account that is not paid in full by the due date. The late payment fee may be imposed for delinquent sewer, water and/or garbage services, or previously imposed late payment fees. Additional late payment fees shall be imposed each month to any delinquent amount until it is paid in full. The late payment fee shall be in an amount set by the Council.
