§ 32.02 QUALIFICATIONS OF ELECTORS.
   All persons of legal age who are residents of the city or an area that has been annexed shall be qualified to vote provided that they fulfill all legal requirements to be an elector and are validly qualified and registered as a voter by the County Election Administrator.
