§ 153.299 EXPIRATION OF ZONING PERMIT.
   (A)   A zoning permit shall be in effect for one year from the date of approval and shall be deemed to expire one year from such date.
   (B)   In the event that a zoning permit expires prior to the completion of work permitted thereby, a new zoning permit shall be obtained for the work not completed.
