§ 153.239 NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES.
   Non-conforming structures that existed on the aforesaid effective date may be continued so long as they remain otherwise lawful, providing that the following apply.
   (A)   Enlarged or altered. No such structure may be enlarged or altered in a way that increases its non-conformity.
   (B)   Destruction. Should such structure be destroyed by any means in extent of more than 50% of its assessed valuation at the time of destruction, it shall not be reconstructed, except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Moved. Should such structure be moved, it shall thereafter conform to the regulations for the district to which it is relocated.
