(A) There shall be elected from each of the following wards two Alderpersons, whose terms shall be as prescribed by law.
(1) Ward One. The first ward shall include all of that part of the city lying westerly of a line along the center line of Main Street and such line extending to the incorporated limits of the city.
(2) Ward Two. The second ward shall include all of that part of the city lying easterly of a line along the center line of Main Street and such line extending to the incorporated limits of the city.
(B) The polling or voting places for city elections shall be determined by the County Election Administrator.
