§ 151.029 ACCESS TO EXCAVATION PROJECT.

The city’s personnel shall be allowed access to all excavation projects in any publicly dedicated places at reasonable times and under reasonable conditions for the purpose of observing or inspecting such projects to determine compliance with applicable city laws, requirements and standards.
