§ 150.21 VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.
   (A)   Maximum height. Within the visibility triangle, no structure, building, hedge, shrub, fence, tree or other stationary object shall be higher than three feet.
   (B)   Defined.
      (1)   The visibility triangle is the area bounded by the backside of a curb and line A in the sample diagram contained in § 150.22.
      (2)   This area is defined by:
         (a)   Fixing a point at the back side of the curb, at the center of the curb radius;
         (b)   Measuring a distance of 25 feet parallel to the side curbs;
         (c)   Then proceeding at an angle of 90 degrees to the back side of side curbs; and
         (d)   Connecting the two points to form line A.
