§ 150.02 PERMIT RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No permit shall be issued by said City Council to any person for moving into, or within the city, a building, the placement or design of which would violate applicable zoning ordinances.
   (B)   Prior to issuance of said permit, an agent of the City Council shall personally inspect the building unless such inspection is waived by the Council.
