§ 110.02 BILLBOARD REQUIREMENTS.
   All billboards or signboards in the city shall conform to the following requirements.
   (A)   The clear posting or painting space on any billboard or signboard erected upon uprights or other supports extending into the ground shall not be of inflammable material, such as wood or cloth. All posts used shall not be less than four inches by six inches and not be placed more than eight feet apart and extend to the top of the billboard or signboard. There shall not be less than one brace and one anchor to each post. All anchors shall not be less than six inches by six inches in size. Each brace shall extend from each post to its corresponding anchor post and be not less than two inches by six inches in size.
   (B)   There shall be maintained at the top of every billboard or signboard in printed letters the name of the person owning or in charge thereof.
   (C)   Every billboard or signboard, whether now or hereafter erected, shall be securely built, firmly anchored and maintained in a safe condition. All billboards and signboards must be kept in a sanitary condition.
