§ 92.06 LIMITATIONS OF JURISDICTION.
   (A)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary appearing within this subchapter, the Code or the Administrative Rules of Montana, it is the intent of the city in adopting this subchapter that this subchapter and the Code shall apply only within the territorial limits or jurisdictional boundaries of the said city.
   (B)   The city does not intend to assume, nor does it assume hereby, any responsibility or authority for the application and/or enforcement of the said ordinance and/or the Code with respect to any area or place lying outside the said territorial limits or jurisdictional boundaries of the city.
