§ 92.05 ADDITIONAL ENFORCEMENT REMEDIES.
   Besides the enforcement of the provisions of the Code as provided above, the city may take such other available legal action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation of the Code. A civil action may be commenced and pursued in the city court for the purpose of preventing, abating, enjoining, restraining, stopping or correcting any violation of the Code, including, but not limited to, an order enjoining or preventing the occupancy of land, building or structure or any act, conditions or conduct constituting such a violation.
