§ 91.20 ABANDONED ICEBOXES AND REFRIGERATORS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discard or abandon, without first removing the door or doors, any refrigerator, icebox or airtight container of any kind. Violations of this section are municipal infractions or civil offenses. Citations shall be issued and proceedings thereon shall be conducted in accordance with § 10.35.
