The Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code) as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:060 (and any further amendments thereto) by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Building and Construction on the advice and recommendation at the State Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted in full by the City of Plantation, Jefferson County, of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
