§ 153.51 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Maintenance Superintendent of the city is to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
