§ 152.083 ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT MAY CONDEMN.
   The Electrical Superintendent of this city shall have full authority to condemn any radio or television transmitting or receiving aerial, and upon a report of the condition of such aerial, to the City Council, the City Council will have authority to condemn and cause to be removed any such equipment so condemned by such Electrical Superintendent.
