§ 152.082 NOT CROSS OVER OR UNDER HIGH TENSION WIRES.
   (A)   Antennas and equipment shall not cross over or under any high tension wires. For the purpose of this chapter, any wire carrying over 150 volts to the ground shall be considered a HIGH TENSION WIRE.
   (B)   If antennas or other equipment cross wires of less voltage than 150 volts to the ground, such antennas and equipment must be kept at least five feet away from such wire.
