§ 151.26 CITY INSPECTION OF WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL SYSTEM.
   It shall be unlawful to fill and cover any water or sewer tap, shut off, or other water or sewer underground installation connected to the city water or sewer system prior to inspection and approval thereof by the City Utility Superintendent.
