§ 151.03 SEWER TAPPING REGULATIONS.
   No person shall cause any main sewer line of the city to be tapped without installing a P.V.C. or ABS plastic saddle at the point of connection to the main sewer line and installing a P.V.C. or ABS plastic sewer line for the service line from the point of connection with the main sewer line.
